The Commodores’ Orchestra has provided musical accompaniment to the rhythms of life in east-central Ontario since 1928.  That’s 80-plus years of big band swing!

The full-sized, 17-piece band  plays the classics of the big band era, as performed by the likes of Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Artie Shaw, Harry James, and many more. Vocalist  JoAnne Wheeler   revisits  the tunes  made famous by singers such as Peggy Lee,  Ella Fitzgerald,  Helen Forrest,  and Helen O’Connell, among others.  The band regularly rehearses  from a repertoire that also includes music in the Latin, rock, pop, and polka styles. The Commodores’ Orchestra will  add a dash of romance and a touch of class to your fundraiser, dance, or concert.

any event or special occasion.
